2. Appointments & Services

• All appointments must be booked via our online booking system or directly with us & are subject to availability.

• Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.

• Results vary depending on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. While every effort is made to achieve a flawless tan, Bronzed Hunnyz Tanning cannot guarantee results.

• It is the client’s responsibility to advise of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities on the intake form & follow the preparation & aftercare instructions provided.

3. Health & Safety

• New clients are required to complete a client intake form, including health, skin, and allergy information, to ensure services are provided safely. Clients are responsible for informing us about any changes to health, skin or allergy information.

• By booking a spray tan, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we have concerns that it may not be safe or suitable. The includes but is not limited to concerns relating to contra-indications such as sunburn, waxing & certain skin conditions or safety concerns.

4. Products & Online Store

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Australia Post (flat-rate shipping, Australia only) or via personal delivery by us.

• We do not ship internationally.

10. Referral Program, Discounts & Packages

• Referral Program:

Clients who refer a friend who is new to Bronzed Hunnyz Tanning will receive the advertised reward (10% discount per referral)) once the referred client has completed and paid for their first appointment.

Rewards are for full price spraytans only, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referral rewards discounts must be used within 3 months of you referred friend’s first appointment.

Referral rewards cannot be combined it spraytan packages

Referral rewards cannot be used with any other discounts

Bronze Together Tan Rewards & its terms & conditions may change without notice & may evolve.

• Discount Codes:

Promotional codes or vouchers must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase & cannot be added once purchase is completed

Only one discount code may be used per order.

Expired or unauthorised codes will not be honoured.

• Packages & Special Offers:

Tan Packages must be used within the stated timeframe and are non-refundable. They are to be used for ne person only & may not be shared between clients unless specifically advertised.

• Other discounts, referral rewards, and packages may not be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

• Spray tan services are non-refundable once provided, though we will work with you if you are not satisfied.
