Shipping and Returns

At Bronzed Hunnyz Tanning, we want to make ordering from us as easy and stress-free as possible.

Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Method
All orders are sent via Australia Post or personal delivery by us. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Delivery Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9 Australia-wide Shipping will be applied at checkout.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our salon in Stanhope Gardens, Sydney. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection, and pickups must be arranged by appointment.

Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, delivery times are outside our control once the parcel is with Australia Post. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or seasonal demand.

At Bronzed Hunnyz Tanning, we want you to love your purchase. Please read below for our returns and refunds policy.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Products
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Arrives damaged

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at anita@bronzedhunnyztanning.com.au with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Returns Process

  • Once approved, items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

  • We recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return has been processed.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty/tanning products unless they are faulty.

In-Salon Services
Spray tans and beauty services are non-refundable once provided. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Anita within 24 hours so we can discuss a solution.
